Prenatal Postpartum Planning

I like to meet with clients for a prenatal postpartum planning session to help with an empowered and supported transition into the postpartum period. I will help you gather your circles of support and give you practical tools to prepare. Depending on your areas of interest, we can discuss everything from postpartum healing to feeding choices, twin care, sibling prep, baby wearing, postpartum nutrition and nourishment.
